class disclaimer & studio membership

All classes and sales are non-refundable nor exchangeable. Cancellations for any private classes made within 48 hours of your class will be subject to a rebooking fee of $60. This only applies to the private 3-part series class. To avoid a rebooking fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please Note: Cancellations or “no shows” made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

There are no refunds or prorations for studio memberships. Studio memberships automatically renew one month from your last payment. Studio memberships may be canceled at any time. Once canceled, the member is responsible for clearing their shelf space, and removing all work and supplies from the studio immediately.

All items and educational offerings for sale are subject to Washington state sales tax (10.25% + 4% online processing fees). All classes and sales are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
